There was a large 50% Off sign on the puma evospeed shelf containing Puma handbags (co-branded with Ferrari), and the customers in front of me found out at checkout that the handbags were 30% Off instead. When I purchased a tote that had retail price of $86 for $60.20 (before tax), the cashier accidentally closed the cash drawer before she gave me my change. She had to call the manager over (who by then was walking around the store talking on her headset, not paying attention to shoppers) to open the cash drawer. The manager was very annoyed, and she let the cashier know it, even though the cashier had already apologized twice. The manager opened the cash drawer and left the register area in a huff.

The cashier was friendly to everyone, and thanked shoppers for their business. The selection of clothing, shoes, and bags was not that good. Nothing too special. I found a few good deals on soccer team shirts. Shoes were puma clyde very picked over with not a great variety and sizes. It's a waste of time shopping her at the sales. They never have your size. I bought 6 pairs of shoes for my little son during their 50% off sale. It's been 3 weeks and they still don't have his size and just returned puma ignite limitless them all as it is pointless to keep going to check. Get this about sizes: If you bought your shoes on a sale day (Eg 50%) with a % off.

Then they do an even exchange for same color, size and style for a different size within 30 days else store credit. If there is a same style in different color within the size you need, they will not give it to you unless you buy it at the full retail price. If there is a style in the size you need within the same original purchase price, they will still not give it you unless you buy black puma at full asking price. So after 3 trips to the store at 3 different weeks and having not found the size needed for my toddler son just gave up and returned all six pairs. Waste of time and efforts and their store policy of not doing an even exchange sucks.

So if they don't have sizes then don't even try to waste your time on a sale day. Place is awesome and has the best deals on puma clothes anywhere in NorCal. I've been going there for years and have always gotten great deals. Almost all the shoes for my two kids came from this store and the light ups are always popular. The bad reviews probably have more to do with the reviewer than the service although some are obviously warranted. It's the great mall folks, what do you expect, my kids Peed in line one time at the Puma store it was awesome but not the employees fault, it was mine. You're obviously not gonna be getting folks with PhD's punching a cash register, they're going to be high school kids and folks who aren't staying there for the rest of their lives.

Matt got a pair of shoes for $25 and a sweater for $20. The prices are good here! I would have put 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't the fenty puma creepers employee. He was a tall Asian male with a funky hair cut with dark red highlights in them. He never helped out his co-worker. There was a long line. He did was folding jackets and socialize with people he knows. The co-worker had a return. She couldn't do the return. So she called the Asian Male over to do the return. Once the return was done. We walked up he said no this register is closed. There were people behind me waiting to be ringed up. What kind of service is this when you are not providing "Customer Service".
