After wrapping nike air force 1 up two decades of existence, Nike looks press forward with the Air Max 97 as new colorways of the popular running retro are already in the works for 2018. Dropping during the first week of the new year is this Air Max 97 "Metallic Hematite", which features a dark mix of tones on the upper and a hit of red on the sole at the forefoot. Similar to the "Ninja Pack" color-scheme seen on the Air Max 90 and other re-issued models, this nighttime colorway boasts a metallic finish on the upper to differentiate from other nearly all-black colorways of the 97 that have dropped earlier this year. First revealed at Nike Investor Day, the Air Max 270 will likely see a limited introductory release with plenty of new colorways to follow shortly after. This latest look courtesy of sneakerprophet_ on Instagram shows the 270 with a green and white mesh upper with green leather detailing and a clear new Air unit. These new images also reveal oversized  Air and  270 nike id detailing on the medial sides of the shoe. The Air Max 270 will make its awaited debut as part of the Nike Air Max Day 2018 festivities on March 26th.LeBron James took the opportunity to show off some new kicks when he took the court on Christmas Day in a game against the Golden State Warriors. LeBron s shoe of choice was the new KITH x Nike LeBron 15  nike air max 97 Rose Gold , a part of the  Three Kings pack created in partnership with KITH and Ronnie Fieg.

The new LeBron 15 colorway builds off of the existing engineering of the shoe, but adds premium detailing like a rose gold zipper that goes completely down the tongue to the toe of the shoe. Ronnie Fieg also took to Twitter to reveal that the colorway would be  coming soon, though that was the only detail he would divulge regarding the premium collaboration. One interesting date to keep an eye on for a potential release is December 30th, which just happens to be the birthday of none other than LeBron James himself. Nike continues to roll out new colorways of the Zoom Spiridon, including this latest version that adds a premium touch to the retro runner. Replacing the customary mesh tooling with premium suede, this particular iteration features a relatively subdued colorway primarily dressed in black and white. Black suede wraps the entirety of the mudguard on this selection that comes fully equipped with reflective uppers that fans of the Spiridon silhouette have become used to over the years. Currently available at select overseas retailers, this suede-infused Spiridon offering should be available at Nike stockists in the US soon.In addition to the previously confirmed Air Force 1 Low with Croc-skin leather, the Swoosh has a high iteration that utilizes the same aesthetic.

The globally popular Air Max 90 and Air Huarache are outfitted in nearly tonal green and white color schemes with the implementation of snakeskin onto the mudguard and overlays of its respective pair. The addition of snakeskin adds a luxurious aesthetic to this pack that has become a trend fore the Swoosh, as we have recently seen materials like croc-skin utilized on the iconic Air Force 1 silhouette in a high and low version.

With easy slip-on access in mind this particular lacing unit has been a growing trend with the Swoosh, appearing on new silhouettes like the Air Zoom Grade as well.
